This site was special to Motel 6 and to the Echelon Team, as it was the very first Motel 6 ever built. This motel would be the first of many in the evolution of Motel 6 and the boom of the travel industry.
The project included a complete gut of the interior & exterior of the motel. Our scope included new framing, drywall, painting of interior, flooring, windows, doors, frames, roof, railings, fencing, plumbing, hvac (ptac units), electrical, stucco, painting of exterior, relocation and rebuild of lobby, refinishing of pool and replacement of all equipment, irrigation, landscaping, new parking lot, and installation of all new owner provided FF&E.
This was the 1st test site for the Motel 6 Classic design and it was a success for Echelon and our repeat client G6 Hospitality.
